These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Absolute Green Landscaping, Inc. (“Absolute Green Landscaping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, online services, customer portal, and electronic communications. Certain landscaping or lawn-care services may be subject to additional estimates, service agreements, authorizations, policies, or terms provided to you separately. If separate terms apply to a particular service or transaction, those terms will also govern that service or transaction.

Absolute Green Landscaping may provide customers with the ability to make payments by telephone, through a customer portal, or through other approved payment methods. Payment-card information may be processed and stored by our payment-processing provider rather than directly by Absolute Green Landscaping.

Specific payment obligations, payment schedules, automatic-payment authorizations, late-payment policies, cancellation terms, or other financial terms applicable to landscaping or lawn-care services may be stated in an estimate, service agreement, invoice, payment authorization, or other agreement applicable to those services.

6. Text Messaging Program

Absolute Green Landscaping may offer text messaging to customers and prospective customers who have provided appropriate consent to receive text messages from us.

Text messages may include communications regarding quote requests, customer-service conversations, appointments, scheduling, upcoming or completed service visits, service updates, weather or scheduling changes, estimates, account matters, billing, payments, and other communications related to your request for services or your relationship with Absolute Green Landscaping.

The types of messages you receive may depend on the communications you request, the services you receive, your account activity, and your communication preferences.

7. Text Messaging Consent

By affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Absolute Green Landscaping, you authorize us to send text messages to the mobile telephone number for which you provided consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Absolute Green Landscaping.

After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request. We will then stop sending messages covered by that opt-out request except where a message is legally permitted or necessary to process your request.

If you later wish to receive text messages again, you may be required to provide consent again or follow the applicable opt-in instructions.
